Fallout 3: Laser Rifle Concept

This is a creation of the Fallout 3 Laser Rifle, specifically from concept art with the book, "The Art of Fallout 3". Generally similar to it’s official brethren, this model of early laser rifle sports a different paint job, modified receiver and cell loading mechanism, and a new overall frame. I had to make a few changes to the concept art due to certain proportions making it impossible to hold and fire the weapon. I also added some iron sights inspired by those off of a Thompson SMG. Plus, I added a quick little 50s inspired table to ground the renders. This was modeled in Maya, textured in Substance Painter, and rendered with Arnold.
